Privacy policy
Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Stratorys collects, why we process it, and the rights you have. It complements the legal notice.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Stratorys, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with registered office at 40 rue Alexandre Dumas, 75011 Paris, France. For any question about this policy, contact [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect data you choose to share with us. That is typically your name, email address, and the content of your message when you email us, and the details you provide when you book a call, such as your name, email address, and the time you select.
Why we process it
We use this data solely to respond to and manage your request, and to prepare and hold the meeting you book. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about our work. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Booking and scheduling
The booking widget on our contact page is provided by Google through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book a time, the details you enter are processed by Google acting as a service provider, and are subject to Google's own privacy policy. We receive the booking so we can hold the meeting with you.
Hosting and processors
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Email and scheduling rely on third-party providers acting on our behalf. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its service.
Cookies and analytics
Our own pages set no cookies, audience measurement scripts, or other trackers. Embedded third-party content, such as the booking widget, may set cookies from its provider when it loads. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to minimise data collection and do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then delete or archive it in line with our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
